Long stem Roses because the beauty may be in the bud, but the strength is in the stem.
When it comes to him and me the rose just fits,
I’m his bud and he’s, my stem. As unique as we both are maybe we complement each other.
Red: for the blood he is so willing to shed and the love that it represents.
White: for purity, innocence, honor, loyalty, integrity, and peace.
Blue: for the sadness their loved ones feel while they are so bravely fighting for our freedom which does not come without a price.
Yellow: in prayer for a safe homecoming and for the sunshine that he put into my daily life.
Every time I walk through the green grass and stop to smell the roses, I will take just a moment to reflect and pay tribute knowing that while I was walking, they were crawling through the heated desert in the sand and remember America and Our Soldiers stand for all four colors in the dozen I send to him.
